User registration process

Below are step-by-step details on how to register to gain access to the 1-2-3 video conferencing booking form and book video or audio conferences.

1.Access the self registration gateway at http://cmp.nvcs.edu.au/public/CnOne.jsp


2. Click on the ‘Register’ link to go to the self registration screen





3. Enter your details, completing all fields marked with a red asterisk



4. Submitting your details will generate an email to the system administrators who will verify your access details. Your user-id may be changed from aarnet.nvcs.edu.au to yourinstitution.nvcs.edu.au but you will be advised in a further email if this occurs.



5. Logging into the 1-2-3 screen (http://cmp.nvcs.edu.au/public/CnOne.jsp) as in screen above will show the following interface for scheduling a conference.
